Care Label Manufacturer for Apparel & Textile Brands
A care label is the smallest, most regulated part of a garment — it has to survive every wash, stay legible in tiny type, often carry several languages and sit comfortably against the skin. Getting it wrong means returns, complaints and compliance headaches. Reel Ofset produces care labels built to do all four.

What a care label actually has to do
A care label has to do several things at once: survive dozens of washes without fading, stay legible at very small sizes, carry wash symbols, fibre composition and often multiple languages, and be soft enough for direct skin contact. These pull in different directions — which is why the right material and method matter more than for any other label.
Printed or woven care labels?
For dense, multilingual care information, printed fabric labels usually win — they reproduce small text and symbols cleanly. Woven suits a premium, durable feel with less text. Many garments combine both: a printed care label behind a woven brand label. (See Printed Fabric Labels and Woven Labels below.)
EU-market care information, the right way
For EU markets a care label typically needs wash symbols, fibre composition and the languages of your target countries. You approve the content and remain responsible for its accuracy; our job is to reproduce it faithfully, keep it legible and make it wash-durable on OEKO-TEX certified material. We are your production partner, not a legal advisor.
Test it on your own fabric
The only real way to judge a care label is to wash it. Request samples produced on your actual garment material and run them through your wash cycle before committing to bulk.
