Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Reel Ofset, acting as data controller, within the scope described below. This notice reflects our obligations under Turkish law (KVKK), not the European GDPR.

Depending on the nature of your relationship with us, the following categories of personal data may be processed:

§4Legal Grounds for Processing
Your personal data is processed under Article 5 (and where necessary Article 6) of the KVKK, based on the following legal grounds:
- Being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c)
- Fulfilment of the data controller's legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç)
- Being mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e)
- Legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f)
- For cases not covered above, your explicit consent (e.g. marketing messages)
§5Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through automated and/or partially automated means via website contact/quote forms, e-mail, telephone, the newsletter sign-up form, and cookies/log records generated during your use of the site.
§6Transfer of Personal Data
Limited to the purposes above and in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to service providers (hosting, e-mail, infrastructure), authorized public institutions, and legal/financial advisors. Any transfer abroad is carried out only where the conditions in Article 9 of the KVKK (explicit consent or appropriate safeguards) are met.
§7Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and the statutory limitation/retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
§8Your Rights as a Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; request its deletion/destruction within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK and request that such actions be notified to third parties; object to a result against you arising from the analysis of your data solely through automated systems; and request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
§9How to Apply
To exercise your rights, you may submit your requests in writing — in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller — to Güzelköy Mah. 247 Sok. No:31/1, Pamukkale / Denizli or via reelofset@reelofset.com. Your application must include your name, the subject of your request and your contact details. Your requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest (a fee from the Board's tariff may apply where the process requires additional cost).
§11Effective Date and Updates
This Notice entered into force on 2026-06-03. Reel Ofset may update it in line with legislative changes and updates to its data processing activities; the current version is published on the website.
