Flexography prints roll-to-roll from flexible relief plates, which makes it the efficient choice for high-volume self-adhesive labels, roll labels and flexible film. The longer the run, the lower the unit cost — so flexo is where volume label and packaging work belongs.

Flexo runs on a wide range of substrates — paper, film and self-adhesive stock — using fast, water-based inks. Lamination, varnish and die-cut shapes let you match the look and durability the application needs, from chilled-product labels to shipping marks.

Flexo handles variable data well — barcodes, batch and lot codes, sequential numbering and QR codes — which is essential for logistics, traceability and shelf scanning. If your labels feed a warehouse or retail system, this is built in rather than bolted on.

High-volume roll and film labels point to flexo; premium paper hang tags, cards and folding cartons with fine detail point to offset. We run both in-house, so the recommendation is about your product and run length — not about a single machine we happen to own.
